The Event
we will be playing 4 rounds,
with squadrons of 20 points build based on the ships/points found at
https://www.xwing.life/resources/points.
XWA has two recommended tools for squad building: Yet Another Squad Builder (YASB)
and LaunchBay Next (LBN). Remember when using these, to switch to XWA points. There should
be new content coming out in the month of april, so any updates before the day of the event will
be legal.

The Rounds
We will be playing 4 rounds using the scenario s that can be found in the rules link. At the start
of every round 1 scenario will be randomly choosen by the TO. Each of the scenario s will be
played once ( so the 4th round will simply be the one we didn t play yet in the previous rounds )
Games will be played until the scenario conditions are met.
These are:
-only 1 player still has ships on the board
-One player as at least 20 mission points and more points then their opponent
-12 rounds have been played
Or
Time in the round runs out. Each round will be between 87 and 93 minutes long. The exact time
that will be used in that round will randomly determined by the TO and will be unknown to the
players. When times up is announced, players will finish their current round. A new round has
started after both players did all their end of turn actions and scoring for the round has been
noted down on the provided scoresheet.

What to bring
-Your ships and maching baseplates
-squadlist for TO + your opponent
-pilot and upgrade cards. These can be as Printouts, that combine all the ships+upgrades, or
actual cards
-dice and tokens needed for your squad
-all the tokens needed for playing the scenarios (can be found as printouts on the last page of the
scenario pdf on the AMG site)
-something to keep track of the rounds and points scored (think dails, dice or pen and paper )

ATTENTION: This is not the shop in the city centre itself, but a different location
Public transport: location is about 15min walk from the trainstation
Parking: In the street itself are NO parking spots, however there are free parking spots on the
Maasnielderweg and Doctor Phillipslaan. (see included map for how to walk from there to the
location +/- 5 minute walk)

Food and Drinks
Drinks and snacks are avaible on site at resonable prices,
please refrain from bringing your own drinks or candy. Bringing your own food is fine.
Until the start of the 2nd round you can indicate whether you want to order sandwiches. Then the
order can be passed on and picked up during the lunch break. We will order from a local
sandwich
